FAQarrow

We give estimates based on an hourly rate and on the common tasks required for your project. We will need more information about what you have and what we need before we can do that. Contact us, and we will reply with an estimate of the time required and a suggested budget.

Bright Idea Graphics may offer rush services for tight deadlines, depending on the workload. Rush services typically involve an additional fee to prioritize the project and allocate additional resources to complete it within the desired timeframe. However, it's important to discuss rush services at the beginning of the project to ensure that we have the capacity to accommodate the requested timeframe and that the additional fee is within the budget. Rush services may also impact the number of revisions or changes allowed, as there may be less time for multiple rounds of feedback and revisions.

Our fees include licensing for all designs we create specifically for our clients. Licensing for all assets will be included in your invoice, and all documentation will be transferred to you after the final invoice is closed.

We offer a range of design services such as branding, logo design, print design, web design, packaging design, illustration, advertising, and marketing materials. Additionally, we also provide services such as copywriting, photography, and printing and hosting.

Effective communication and project updates are crucial for ensuring a successful graphic design project. Bright Idea Graphics has a process in place to handle communication and project updates throughout the design process. This may include:
Initial consultation: The design studio or designer will typically have an initial consultation with the client to discuss the project scope, goals, and timeline.

Project plan and timeline: The studio or designer will provide a project plan and timeline to outline the key milestones and deadlines for the project.

Regular check-ins: The studio or designer will typically schedule regular check-ins with the client to provide updates on the project status, address any questions or concerns, and discuss next steps.

Collaborative tools: Many studios use online tools, such as project management software, to facilitate communication and collaboration with clients.

Revisions and feedback: The design studio or designer will typically provide opportunities for the client to provide feedback and request revisions throughout the design process.

It's important for the client to communicate their expectations and preferred communication methods with the design studio or designer at the beginning of the project to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Discovery and research: This involves understanding the client's needs, goals, target audience, competition, and brand identity. This stage helps Bright Idea Graphics to gather information and insights to inform the design direction.

Concept development: Based on the research, our designers will start developing concepts and ideas for the design. This may involve sketching, brainstorming, and exploring different design directions.

Design refinement: The selected design concepts are refined and developed further. The designers will start creating mock-ups and prototypes to test and refine the design.

Client presentation: The refined designs are presented to the client for feedback and approval. The client's input is taken into consideration, and revisions may be made to the design. This is done via email.

Final design and delivery: After the design has been approved by the client, the final design is prepared and delivered in the appropriate file formats. The designers may also provide guidance on printing or website management.

Follow-up: We follow up with the client to ensure that the design meets their expectations and to address any issues or concerns.

The length of time it takes to complete a graphic design project can vary depending on a variety of factors, such as the complexity of the project, the scope of work, and the timeline. Some projects may take a few days, while others may take several weeks or even months to complete. It's important to discuss the timeline and project milestones with the graphic design studio or designer before beginning the project to ensure that both parties are in agreement on the timeline and deadlines. Additionally, it's important to allow sufficient time for revisions and feedback to ensure that the final design meets the client's expectations.

Bright Idea Graphics Design Studio typically provides the final design in multiple file formats to ensure that the design can be used in a variety of applications. Some common file formats may include:

Vector files: Vector files, such as .AI or .EPS, are ideal for logos and other designs that need to be scalable without losing quality.

High-resolution raster files: Raster files, such as .PNG or .JPEG, are typically used for web graphics and other digital applications.

Print-ready files: Print-ready files, such as .PDF or .INDD, are prepared to be sent directly to a printer or production facility.

Source files: The original design files, such as .PSD or .AI, may also be provided to the client for future editing or modifications.

Bright Idea Graphics Design Studio offer revisions or changes after the design is completed to ensure that the final product meets the client's expectations. The number of revisions or changes that are included in the original scope of work may vary depending on the specific project and the agreement between the client and the design studio. It's important to discuss the revision process with the studio or designer before beginning the project to ensure that both parties are in agreement on the number of revisions or changes allowed and any additional costs that may be associated with additional revisions or changes. Additionally, it's important for the client to provide clear and specific feedback to the design studio or designer to ensure that the revisions or changes accurately reflect their desired changes to the design.
